Lieberman Waterboarded, Still Won’t Vote Yes on Health Care
WASHINGTON — Senate majority leader Harry Reid (Dipshit, Nevada) reportedly had Sen. Joe Lieberman waterboarded 183 times this past week, but the independent-minded senator from Connecticut still won’t vote “yes” for Reid’s health care bill.
Lieberman holds a key vote in the ongoing battle over a health care bill that includes a public health insurance option, part of the Democrats’ evil plan to take over the country and turn it into a human SEIU puppy mill and ACORN graft factory.
Sources say discussions are ongoing within the Democratic leadership about whether to call in safe schools czar Kevin Jennings to help them take more drastic measures of torture.
Worst case scenario, Reid could promise Lieberman half, or even all, of Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu’s $300 million.After all, America’s most successful whore can’t really claim she was robbed.
Nancy Pelosi, Wicked Witch of Congress, denied knowledge of any waterboarding.
“Even if we were undertaking a program of waterboarding against Senator Lieberman, I wouldn’t necessarily characterize it as torture,” Pelosi said, the muscles in her face frozen in a grotesque grimace. “I’d say it would be more like we were having him play a friendly game of bobbing for votes.”
Republicans, meanwhile, lauded the former Democrat’s courage.
“He’s the only Democrat I’ve ever met with integrity,” said Mitch McConnell (R, Kentucky). “The Democrats obviously need Lieberman to reach 60 votes to pass that bill. I’m surprised they’re not making him watch Katie Couric dirty dance to break him.

Great stuff as always! I actually contacted Sen. Lieberman’s office to thank him for his “right” thinking on the EPIC FAIL of the healthcare reform bill, but all I got back was a canned response thanking me for my comments but apologizing for not being able to address them individually as I am not a resident of Connecticut. In any case, I only hope he continues to follow his principles- he may be the only one to save us. Hell, I don’t even care if the only reason he votes no is because the “price” for his vote is 10 times that worthless bitch Landrieu’s. Whatever it takes to keep this from passing…
Couric is doing that same dance that got Sam Donaldson fired.
I’ve grown to respect Lieberman. I don’t subscribe to many of his politics, but you have to give the man credit—he stands by his views. He doesn’t shift in the wind of public opinion. He doesn’t change for political expediency. He says what he believes and he sticks to it. I was surprised that he ran along with Kerry a few years ago, but then I realized the dems had to put some one along side Kerry that had credibility. Kerry had none.
So, here’s to you, Joe.

Ahhhh yes, Harry Reid is my state Senator and he actually lives in Dipshit, Nv.. The Couric picture was over the top and unnecessary. I feel sick inside.
The last time I saw a dance like Katie’s was at a small dive in the little town of Jacala, Mexico before they outlawed such things in the late 1960’s and it involved a s whiskey bottle(an empty one). Thanks for the memory—I think!!!!!
